Get an API key

The Location Finland platform is a test environment of the Location Innovation Hub (LIH), and a free API key is required for access to our provided services. The API key can only be used by businesses and organisations within European Union. Private use is not allowed.

The API key is valid for 7 days without registering as a Location Innovation Hub client. Once the 7-day trial period concludes, a separate registration process will be necessary. We will contact you within your trial period regarding the registration process. The registration is also free and non-binding. As a Location Innovation Hub client, you will get many other free benefits and services as well. Read more about our services .

In order to generate an API key, we ask you to provide us the contact information of your organisation.
